Our providers will come to you so you can feel comfortable and safe in the comfort of your own home. You will receive a complete physical assessment and exam, as well as management of your current medications and prescriptions for new or changing issues. We work with other vendors to provide most necessary diagnostic testing and lab work in the comfort of your own home. This service is covered by Medicare, most Medicare Advantage plans, and some private insurance companies. By providing proactive monthly patient visits, we decrease the risk of a health emergencies and trips to the ER or Urgent Care.
