Their services came at a time when I was desperate for some guidance and support. Even though my mother is currently in a 24-hour nursing facility, she needed additional care. She is visited twice a week for bathing and skin care. The PA comes once a week to check on her. Amy is an angel in my eyes and everyone who cares for my mother. The team is responsive and supportive. When I have a concern or am at my wits' end to understand what is happening, I text Amy, and a very short time later, she has talked me off the ledge. The level of communication provides me with reassurance during this challenging time.
